RERA + KYC, mandatory

No partner goes live without RERA registration, KYC and a signed partner agreement with anti-circumvention clauses.

Same QC, plus duplicate radar

Partner listings pass the full quality pipeline, with cross-partner duplicate detection and exclusivity-conflict flags.

Deal room only

Partner deals run through the same masked chat, MoU gate and escrow — a partner cannot take a 4Bigha deal off-platform.

Quality score gates tiers

Listing accuracy, response time and closing ratio roll into a score — tiers and fee share rise and fall with it.

Three strikes

Fake listings, contact leakage or off-platform attempts earn strikes. Three strikes = suspension and review.

Deposit with teeth

The ₹50,000 deposit is refundable on clean exit — and forfeited on proven circumvention, per the agreement.
